Jewelry Box products are subjected to return or exchange after being examined by Jewelry Box experts to ensure that the item is in good condition.

• In case of returns on Dimond items 20% will be deducted.
• Dimond items can be exchanged with same amount for 4 days.
• In case of the return of a customized Dimond order 25% will be deducted.
• In case of Dimond exchange 5% will be deducted.
• Gold items are returned or exchanged based on the international gold pricing on the same day.
